These terms govern your use of the Bet Q platform. We have written them in plain English so every Pakistani player understands exactly what they are agreeing to — no legal jargon designed to confuse.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Bet Q ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operated at betq.bid. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service offered by Bet Q, you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally.
These Terms apply to all products and services available on Bet Q, including but not limited to online casino games, live casino, PSL and sports betting, Ludo games, Andar Bahar, jackpot slots, and fishing games. Specific rules for individual games or promotional offers may supplement these Terms but do not replace them.
If there is a conflict between these general Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the more specific rules apply to that context only. In all other respects, these Terms govern.
Bet Q is intended exclusively for adults. You must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible to register and use the platform:
Bet Q reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request will result in account suspension until the verification is completed.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Bet Q. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is a violation of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any funds in them may be forfeited if the duplication was found to be intentional or used to abuse promotions.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. You must not use a false identity, another person's details, or any form of anonymising service to mask your true identity during the registration process or at any time thereafter.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Bet Q account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone. Bet Q will never ask you for your password via phone, email, or chat. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is considered authorised unless you report suspected unauthorised access to support immediately. Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings for additional security.
Bet Q may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage. Documents typically requested include a valid CNIC, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests above a certain threshold may be held pending KYC completion. We are committed to processing KYC requests promptly — standard documents are reviewed within 24 hours.
All deposits and withdrawals at Bet Q are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported:

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Bet Q does not accept payments from third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your account name, it may be returned to source and any games played using those funds may be voided. There are no fees charged by Bet Q on deposits, although your payment provider may have its own charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. You must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before the bonus-related portion of your balance becomes withdrawable. Purely deposited funds that have not been used to trigger any bonus are always withdrawable without restriction, subject to identity verification requirements.
Bet Q does not impose arbitrary delays on withdrawals. Requests submitted during operational hours are processed within 60 seconds for mobile wallet methods. Bet Q reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawals, which may extend the processing time, but players are notified promptly if this applies to their request.
Bet Q offers a 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 50,000. This bonus is available to newly registered players who make their first deposit within 7 days of account creation. The bonus is credited to your account automatically upon qualifying deposit and is available for use across all game categories on the platform.
Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement on the Bet Q welcome bonus is 20× the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rs 10,000 bonus, you must wager a total of Rs 2,00,000 across qualifying games before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Your current wagering progress is always visible in your account dashboard in real time.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots and fishing games contribute 100%. Live casino games contribute 20%. Sports betting and PSL bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%; bets placed at lower odds contribute 0%. Andar Bahar and Ludo games contribute 50%. These contribution rates are subject to change with notice.
Bonus funds that have not been wagered according to the requirement within 30 days of issuance will expire and be removed from your balance. The wagering period starts from the date the bonus is credited, not from the date you first use it.
Attempting to exploit bonuses through abnormal betting patterns — such as placing opposing bets, making single maximum bets purely to clear wagering, or coordinating with other accounts — constitutes promotional abuse and is a violation of these Terms. Bet Q reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings derived from promotional abuse and to close accounts found to be engaging in this behaviour.
All bets placed on Bet Q are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your bet — team, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. Bets placed in error are not refunded.
Maximum payout per single bet event is Rs 50,00,000 (fifty lakh rupees). Accumulator bets are subject to a maximum payout of Rs 1,00,00,000 (one crore rupees) regardless of the theoretical combined odds. Bet Q reserves the right to limit stake amounts for individual players or specific markets at its discretion.
A bet may be voided under the following circumstances: the match or event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; the event listed contained an obvious pricing error; or the outcome was determined under circumstances that rendered the result officially void under the applicable sports governing body. In all voided cases, the original stake is returned to your balance in full.
In-play (live) bets are subject to the same rules as pre-match bets. Odds displayed during live betting are indicative and can change rapidly. Bet Q will accept or decline in-play bets based on the market state at the precise moment of confirmation, not the moment you click. Connectivity issues on your side that cause delayed confirmations are your responsibility.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet Q and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
Bet Q employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, all associated accounts will be closed, balances forfeited, and relevant information reported to appropriate authorities where legally required.
Bet Q reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension include: suspected violation of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected promotional abuse; or suspected money laundering. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player is notified by email. If the investigation clears the player, the account is reinstated within 72 hours and any withheld winnings are paid.
You may close your Bet Q account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, you must withdraw your remaining balance. Bet Q does not hold funds after account closure is processed, and any unclaimed balance remaining after closure will be forfeited after 90 days if no withdrawal has been initiated.
Players who wish to self-exclude from Bet Q for responsible gaming reasons may do so through the Responsible Gaming section of their account or by contacting support directly. Bet Q's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or matters that cannot be excluded by law.
Bet Q reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email and an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date at the top.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and withdraw your balance before the changes take effect.
